When sanding wood, always sand in the direction of the grain and use a tack cloth to wipe away sawdust completely. For irregular surfaces, simply squeeze the sandpaper sponge to conform to the shape. After use, if the sanding sponge is still in good condition, rinse it well and allow it to dry completely before storing.
